Official Rules

Engine x Bucs VIP Flyaway Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID OUTSIDE THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

The Engine x Bucs VIP Flyaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by HotelEngine, Inc., a Delaware corporation, d/b/a Engine (“Engine” or “Sponsor”). By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Florida who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Engine, the Buccaneers Entities, the NFL Entities, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution, or distribution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. “Buccaneers Entities” means Buccaneers Holdings LLC, Buccaneers Team LLC, and Buccaneers Stadium LLC. “NFL Entities” means the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions LLC, NFL International LLC, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees. Sponsor may require any entrant or potential winner to provide proof of Florida residency and age before a prize is awarded.

How to Enter

The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 26, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 23, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s time records are the official time records for the Sweepstakes. You may enter the Sweepstakes only through the online entry form described below. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) base entry per person and per email address, regardless of method of entry. Additional base entries beyond this limit will be void.

  1. Online Entry: To enter, go to engine.com/bucs-flyaway (the “Website”) and complete the online entry form during the Entry Period. Entrants must provide a valid personal or business email address, complete and submit all non-optional fields, and confirm that they are eighteen (18) years of age or older and a legal resident of Florida. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries are void. An entry is not required to include an Engine account.
  2. Bonus Entries: An entrant who creates a new, free Engine account during the Entry Period through the entrant’s unique bonus link will receive five (5) bonus entries. Limit one (1) bonus award per person. An Engine account must be created with a valid business email address; personal email addresses cannot be used to create an Engine account. Accounts that existed before the Entry Period, and accounts created without the entrant’s unique bonus link, do not qualify. Creating an account is free. It requires no purchase or payment and creates no obligation to book travel, purchase any product or service, or meet any minimum spending requirement. An entrant may create an account and never book a trip. No purchase or payment is required to enter the Sweepstakes or earn bonus entries. Bonus entries will be credited to the entrant’s entry record within 12 hours after the account is verified. Bonus entries are in addition to the base entry.
  3. Automated Entries: Entries generated by a script, macro, bot, or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a potential winner based on email address, the winning entry will be deemed made by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry, provided that person is eligible under these Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is the natural person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the submitted email address for the domain associated with that email address.

Random Drawing; Odds

On or about Tuesday, November 24, 2026 (the “Drawing Date”), one (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries, including bonus entries, received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by a representative of Sponsor, whose decisions are based on sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Sweepstakes.

Prize

One (1) Prize will be awarded. The winner will receive: i) four (4) tickets for the winner and three (3) guests to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers game to be played at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Maryland on Sunday, December 13, 2026 (the “Game”), provided by the Buccaneers Entities; ii) four (4) economy-class round-trip airline tickets for the winner and three (3) guests between a Florida airport designated by Sponsor and Baltimore, Maryland, on the fixed travel dates described under Prize Conditions; and iii) two (2) hotel rooms for two (2) nights, with check-in on Saturday, December 12, 2026 and check-out on Monday, December 14, 2026, at a hotel selected by Sponsor, for up to four (4) occupants. Approximate Retail Value: $4,500.00 total, which is less than $5,000; itemized: game tickets approximately $1,500.00; airfare approximately $1,500.00; hotel rooms approximately $1,000.00. Ground transportation, meals, gratuities, baggage or seat upgrades, travel insurance, parking, and incidental expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Prize Conditions

All prize details will be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable taxes, including income and withholding taxes. Travel dates are fixed. The winner and their guests must travel together on the single itinerary booked by Sponsor, and Sponsor is not obligated to accommodate requests to change dates, flights, rooms, or accommodations. The winner and each guest must provide their full legal name as it appears on a valid, government-issued photo identification and must present that identification at check-in and at boarding; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize or the affected portion of it. Winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemption except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or any portion of it, with a prize of comparable or greater value. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any cancellation or rescheduling of the Game, travel, or accommodations, in whole or in part, and no alternate or substitute prize will be awarded in the event of cancellation or rescheduling. Seat locations and, unless stated above, the exact date of the Game will be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. If the Game is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason, the terms and conditions of the Game tickets will govern. Released Parties are not responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside their control that causes the cancellation or postponement of any NFL game, event, or exhibition. NFL game tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the ticket. The winner and their guests agree to comply with all applicable stadium and venue regulations, all health and safety policies of the stadium, and the terms of the Game tickets. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or deny entry to the winner or any guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Before any travel, the winner and each guest must sign the releases described under Notification.

Notification

The potential winner will be notified by a representative of Sponsor at the email address and/or telephone number provided at the time of entry (the “Prize Notification”). The potential winner must respond to the Prize Notification within the period stated in it, which will end no earlier than 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, November 30, 2026. Sponsor will set these deadlines in the Prize Notification so that the Prize travel can be booked in time for the Game and an alternate potential winner can be selected and notified before the Game if needed. The potential winner must complete, sign, and return the following by 5:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, December 3, 2026: an IRS Form W-9; an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability, notarized if required; unless prohibited by law, a Release of Publicity; and a release of liability for each guest, signed by each guest. The potential winner will be required to complete a W-9 form and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for any prize valued at $600 or greater. If a potential winner does not respond to the Prize Notification within the required time frame, declines the prize for any reason, fails to submit any identification or documents required by Sponsor, does not comply with these Official Rules, or returns the Prize Notification or the Prize (or any portion of it) as non-deliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and the prize forfeited. Sponsor will then select an alternate potential winner as described under Alternate Winners below.

Alternate Winners

If a potential winner is disqualified or forfeits the Prize, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries (the “Alternate”). The Alternate will be notified by Prize Notification and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours after notification, and must return all required documents within twenty-four (24) hours after responding, or by Monday, December 7, 2026, if earlier. If an Alternate does not meet these requirements, Sponsor may select another Alternate in the same manner, in its discretion and time permitting. If no Alternate meets these requirements, Sponsor may award the Prize in its discretion or leave it unawarded.

Waiver of Liability/Publicity Release

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to (a) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements; and (b) waive any and all claims against Sponsor and each of the Released Parties for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Sweepstakes, receipt or use of the Prize (or any portion of it), or any travel or activity related to the Prize. By entering, each entrant gives express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by email for Sweepstakes administration, and by telephone solely to notify a potential winner. The winner, by acceptance of the Prize, grants to Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective designees and the Buccaneers Entities the right to publicize the winner’s name, city and state of residence, Prize information, photograph, voice, statements, and/or likeness for advertising, promotional, trade, and any other purpose, in any media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without further compensation, consideration, permission, or notification, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, or garbled entries, transmissions, email, or mail; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet service provider, wireless network, website, or other connections; availability, accessibility, miscommunications, or failures of computer, satellite, telephone, cable, or wireless transmissions or lines; computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; failures or malfunctions of phones, telephone systems, wireless towers, or cellular equipment; any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in wireless or other transmission, processing, or communication; printing, typographical, or other errors appearing in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or materials; cancellation or postponement of any NFL game, event, or exhibition; or any other errors, problems, or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or other, relating to the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users (including hacking) or by any equipment or programming associated with the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer or wireless device related to participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the Website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or the Website; attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices; intend to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or any representative of Sponsor; or violate these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor has the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable law and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Released Parties make no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind concerning the Prize (or any portion of it) and disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Sweepstakes (or any portion of it) if Sponsor is prevented from executing the Sweepstakes as contemplated by any event beyond its control, including fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, public health epidemic or crisis, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, network or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), court order, or federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation. Sponsor also reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if a virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may identify the winner and award the Prize by random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. Sponsor may modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting their terms and conditions.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR TO UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT, AND SPONSOR AND ITS RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Entrants’ Personal Information; Marketing

Information collected from entrants is subject to Engine’s privacy policy, located at https://engine.com/privacy-policy. Engine hosts the Website and owns all entry information. The entry form includes an optional marketing consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default. Only entrants who check the box will receive marketing emails from Engine, and each marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. All entrants will receive a confirmation email regarding the Sweepstakes, including the bonus-entry link, which will not contain marketing content. Telephone numbers are collected solely to contact the winner, and Sponsor will not use them to send text messages or place calls for marketing purposes.

Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, controversies, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded (each, a “Claim”) shall be arbitrated on an individual basis only and shall not be consolidated or joined with any other Claim or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party; and (b) each Claim shall be settled by binding arbitration in New Castle County, Delaware before a single arbitrator appointed by JAMS in accordance with its then-governing rules and procedures. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof. Under no circumstance will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in that state.

Winner List

If selected as a winner, the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state will be included in a publicly available winner list. To request the winner’s name, mail a request and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received no later than January 6, 2027, to: 2026 Engine x Bucs VIP Flyaway Winner List, 1601 Wewatta Street, Suite 250, Denver, Colorado 80202.

Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by HotelEngine, Inc., a Delaware corporation, d/b/a Engine, 1601 Wewatta Street, Suite 250, Denver, Colorado 80202. Engine administers the Sweepstakes directly and has no outside fulfillment vendor. The Buccaneers Entities provide the Game tickets included in the Prize. The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the NFL Entities or the Buccaneers Entities. This Sweepstakes shall not be published without the written permission of Sponsor.

Third-Party Names and Marks

M&T Bank Stadium, the Baltimore Ravens, and related names and marks are the property of their respective owners. They are not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Sponsor, and are used solely to identify the location of the Game.
