Upon check-in, guests receive key cards and a property map that directs them to their assigned condominium-style unit, which is typically located in a separate residential building within the resort complex.

Room Layout and Storage

The resort offers a range of multi-bedroom condominium units, including one, two, and three-bedroom suites. Each unit features a separate living room area and private bedrooms. Master bedrooms are typically furnished with a king or queen-sized bed, while secondary bedrooms may contain queen beds, double beds, or twin beds. Units include ample storage, with each bedroom containing a full-sized closet and a dresser. Additional storage closets are often located in the hallways. All windows are equipped with blackout curtains.

Kitchen Equipment and Workflow

Every suite includes a full-size kitchen designed for complete meal preparation. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner electric stovetop, a conventional oven, a full-size refrigerator and freezer, and a dishwasher. A microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender are also standard. The workflow is supported by extensive counter space. Unlike many extended-stay properties, these kitchens come fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils.

Workspace and Connectivity

A dedicated workspace is not a standard feature in all units, though a dining table is available in every suite and can function as a large workspace. Electrical outlets are positioned throughout the living areas and bedrooms, but they are standard wall outlets without integrated USB ports. The resort provides complimentary Wi-Fi for all guests. There are no tiered or premium internet packages offered; all guests have access to the same service.

Laundry and Housekeeping Rhythm

Each condominium unit contains a private washer and dryer, allowing guests to do laundry within their own suite. For stays longer than seven nights, a mid-week housekeeping service is typically provided, which includes trash removal, a towel exchange, and replenishment of amenities. Guests can request additional towels or linen exchanges by contacting the front desk.

Parking and Access

Complimentary outdoor self-parking is available for all guests in surface lots located directly in front of each residential building. Parking is unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The resort is spread out, and driving between the condominium buildings and the main clubhouse is common.

Policies

The property maintains a strict no-pet policy. Only certified service animals are permitted on the grounds. A credit card is required at check-in to be held for any potential incidental charges. Quiet hours are enforced property-wide, typically from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents and guests.
