Feedback and Contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Engine’s digital services. Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers or have questions by emailing [email protected] or visiting https://engine.com/contact-us.
When sharing feedback, it’s helpful to include details such as your operating system, browser or mobile platform, and any assistive technologies (like a screen reader and its version) you may be using.
Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology
The Engine Platform is designed to work with the latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari, alongside recent versions of NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack screen readers.
For improved visibility, users can also activate our high-contrast theme through the “High contrast” toggle in the User Profile menu.
Technical Specifications
Our accessibility practices are guided by the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Conformance Level AA.
Ongoing Efforts
We regularly review and strengthen the accessibility of the Engine Platform by:
- Integrating WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards into product design, development, testing, and regression workflows
- Conducting both internal and third-party accessibility reviews and audits
- Exploring new technologies that support inclusive design, development, and testing
Summary
Engine is dedicated to providing an inclusive digital experience in compliance with the ADA, U.S. law, and the European Accessibility Act. We welcome your input as we continue working to remove barriers and ensure our products are usable and accessible to all.
