What a fantastic hotel! Desk clerk super friendly. Max so convenient and current schedule posted in lobby. Very nice rooms and amenities.
Staff was very friendly, the room was great with a beautiful view to the city. We also had breakfast and the buffet was very good! The staff was very attentive with the cleaning on the buffet area. Another benefit was that the hotel is located on an accesible area to hop on a train or a bus. Definitely will pick Double Tree again! I'm trying to think if there was something wrong, but no. Everything was great!
This hotel has a special place in my heart as this was the first hotel I had ever booked back in 2017. Still to this day my favorite place to stay in Portland. Very clean, great world class service, and great cookies always say yes to the cookies. If your getting around by light rail access to all lines except yellow.
