Yes. Engine Rewards is free to enroll in—there’s no enrollment fee.
An account admin can enroll your business while signed into Engine. Once enrolled, rewards earning is activated for the entire account—no additional forms required.
You earn points on eligible spend through Engine, including qualifying travel bookings and other eligible transactions. Points are typically calculated on the booking subtotal (excluding taxes and fees).
You won’t earn points on bookings made before enrollment or on portions paid using Travel Credits or Reward Points.
Points are earned on eligible hotel and car bookings made through Engine, based on the pre-tax subtotal. Some bookings or payment types may not qualify.
Points earned from bookings are issued after the booking is completed. You may see points appear as pending first, and they’ll become available once confirmed.
You can redeem points toward eligible travel bookings directly during checkout or from the Rewards experience in Engine. Partial redemptions are allowed, and you’ll see the point-to-dollar value before confirming.
Depending on your account, additional redemption options may also be available, such as statement credit.
Points may expire after 12 months of inactivity on your account.
Your account stays active as long as you continue earning or redeeming points, or have upcoming eligible activity.
You can view your points balance and rewards activity in the Rewards section of your Engine account.
If you cancel or change a booking, your rewards points may be adjusted to reflect the updated booking. Points that haven’t been confirmed yet may be reduced or removed, and confirmed points may be updated depending on how the booking is changed or refunded.
You can transfer points directly to another team member within your company.
