This marriot is one of my favorites. The staff is exceptional in taking care of guests requests and is very clean as well. I especially appreciate Brenda. She remembers me every time i go there and has the best customer service I have seen in the hospitality industry and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the stay is great.
Breakfast was amazing each morning. Loved the service overall. Each service member was extremely friendly, the trainee was extremely friendly. This hotel knocked it out of the park! Everything was honestly wonderful. Thank you!
Everything. Very friendly, helpful, and attentive staff (All staff, from housekeeping to front desk). Great, great, great! The check in process was quick and easy. All questions answered. I wish I could remember the name of the employee who checked us in. She was especially helpful. Her customer service skills far exceeded my very critical expectations. She deserves 11/10 stars. Thank you! Very clean rooms and facilities. Very comfortable beds & pillows. Value for the money excellent. Nothing, really. Minor: The bedding for the pull out sofa wasn't in the room as it was supposed to be. No excuses were given (that's a good thing). No sighs or eye rolls. Only a friendly apology and she personally and immediately took care of it with a smile (see above). Great!!!
