My husband and I checked in after a rough day coming from Salem, OR. We checked in around 11pm. Robert made our check in easy and was very nice and welcoming. His smile and positivity lightened the rough day we had. The world needs more people like Robert- one who smiles despite all odds and shines in positivity and enthusiasm. Thank you Robert for making our stay Memorable.
It was a very nice hotel. Very clean, from the parking, looby, room, even the stairs, quiet, to think it's beside the freeway and staffs are all very friendly. I havent been to a hotel where you can text them if you need anything. They answer very quickly. It's much easier than calling the front desk for me. I lived in Tacoma area for 20 years and I didn't know that there's holiday inn in that area. I'm so glad to find this hotel. All in all, 10 stars. Will definitely stay again if I will be back in the area. Highly recommended.
Love staying at these hotels, they have the best breakfast, its always clean and welcoming, and the staff is always so nice! Very easy check in and check out, and the beds were super comfy.
