Marc was amazing !! One of the best people we met . We had a few issues with the room and he came and fixed them with no problems. Made our stay great ! Kind and friendly gentleman. I would definitely recommend. We Checked in with a welcoming smile from Gisele. Enjoyed the stay and the service would definitely recommend. Thank you Marc and Gisele for making our stay enjoyable.
The location is phenomenal. It is in a very safe area, there are plenty of shops and restaurants around. The room was incredible. It has exposed concrete to give it a loft feel, the design is rather unique which we loved. All of the fixtures, art, furniture, etc. are upscale. We loved this hotel, definitely going to stay at Twelve hotels again.
I took my teenage son and one of his friends to explore some business opportunities in the Atlanta music scene. The hotel is conveniently located in Midtown, within easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Our room was the larger 2-bedroom unit and had a full kitchen, and I was able to pick up a lot of snacks and things at the nearby Publix. It rained so I didn't get to use the pool, but it looked terrific, and the fitness center had lots of options. The best part of the experience though was the hotel staff. Shay at the front desk went above and beyond to be helpful to us. I can't say enough about how wonderful she was. Everyone was super friendly, from the valet parking guys to housekeeping. Thank you!
