Thank you for turning my difficult air travel experience into the most pleasant hotel stay ever. Everyone was so helpful and understanding after my beyond challenging flight experience. You were my Oasis.
This beautiful waterfront hotel has a wonderful patio and a long walkway right along the water. Being on the water and the expansive view of the lake was the big draw for us. We found the hotel to be modern, clean, and comfortable. The beds were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The room was surprisingly quiet considering all that was going on at the hotel i.e. bars, restaurants, fire pit, swimming pool, party boats. We never heard a thing. It was so convenient to have 3 restaurants to choose from right at the hotel. We didn't have to leave the hotel for anything. We ate at Rum Runner's Cove which was attached to the hotel and had indoor and outdoor seating on the water. We watched the sunset and the boats coming in and out of the marina as we ate. The food and service were excellent. The granddaughters had breakfast at the buffet on the 8th floor. We slept well and had a comfortable stay. Kevin at the front desk was so courteous, knowledgeable and helpful when I was making my reservation and during our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your visit to Erie! You won't be disappointed and we look forward to staying at the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel again!
A clean and bright room, perfect for a bayside view. The staff was excellent and access to and from parking garage was simple. Would absolutely stay there again.
