Dinner room service meal was excellent. Delicious and timely delivery! Jacuzzi and wonderful shower in room to relax. The entire staff, friendly, and professional. Shout outs for excellent guest service from Becky & team! Thank you, Becky! You are awesome! The valets, all remembered my name. I felt like VIP! I live by the beach in Honolulu and have previously lived in Poipu for 15 years! My go to spot to relax! Privacy on lanai area, but was rarely out there to hang out. Could see a sliver of beach. I liked the privacy of room.
This place is great. Our room is very clean. This is the first resort that I didn't mind pay the resort fee. I don't feel like the nickels and dime me to death. I never stayed at any hotel/resort that give us unlimited bottle water through out our stay. When we got there in the evening, we got a welcome cocktails and there was live music and hula dancer. Everyone were so GENUINELY NICE. Will definitely go back again.
