This was one of the best hotel experiences ever. We received a complimentary upgrade on arrival to a spacious suite. We were driving a Tesla and staff made sure we had access to their charging station. Reagan, the evening clerk on the desk, was particularly special. Breakfast is served to order from a choice of five items plus a special. Staff went out of their way to be helpful on every detail. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully landscaped. Properly is close to but not in town, making a walk into town easy without the hassle of a lot of traffic. Hotel has an on-demand shuttle into town as well. There really isn't anything to criticize. If you visit when the restaurant is serving outdoors, the rooms on that side of the property are a bit noisy during dinner which can run until 10:00.
My wife and I have wanted to stay here for a long time, but because of the cost have never stayed. We finally decided to try it and we absolutely loved it. It is perfect in every way.
They were so helpful in picking up and dropping off us anywhere in the area we wanted to go, They Brought anything we needed to the room and knew a lot about the area. We will be staying here every time we come to Sun Valley, and will recommend to everyone we know.
