We were here for a mother daughter trip for a long weekend. The excellent concierge staff through the Fairmont Gold experience were nothing short of amazing. Jacob greeted us upon our arrival and went through all the amenities available. He also helped us with options for transportation and set up a rental car to be delivered onsight for what we needed for the day. He communicated well with Puk, who was the staff for the next day and everything was flawless for our needs. Our room had a sunset view overlooking the pool area—and every detail in the room was thoughtful and comfortable. The front door staff—-attentive and professional ( I wish I remembered each one’s name that was so helpful) with recommendations for activities. Excellent!!!
Fairmont Gold is the standard of excellence, proving quality and customwr service are not dead. We got to the LA area several times a year and this place will be our new go-to when staying in the area.
I would highly recommend this hotel! Everything from the friendly staff to the cleanliness and condition of all areas like the Lobby, restaurant, gym , common area restrooms and rooms is impressive. Very close ( walking distance) to shopping Mall and restaurants 10 minute drive to Rodeo drive , Beverly Hills sign. There is some current construction going on but hotel is still easily accessible.
