My recent stay at Palihouse West Hollywood was nothing short of incredible, thanks to the exceptional service from Morgan, her colleague, and the valet staff. Morgan, in particular, is an absolute rockstar and truly deserves a raise! From the moment we arrived, she made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. Not only did she accommodate our request for an early check-in (which was a huge help), but she also surprised us by upgrading our room! We were initially trying to downgrade since our friend changed plans, and we only needed one bed, but Morgan went above and beyond with this unexpected treat. Her friendliness and professionalism really made her stand out. She was so warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. The valet staff were also fantastic—prompt, courteous, and always helpful. Overall, this experience was the highlight of our stay. Thank you, Morgan and the team, for making our time at Palihouse unforgettable
I’m so happy I picked this lovely place for my weekend stay in LA. Staff, ambiance, comfort and location all exceeded my expectations. It was a great choice not to rent a car as I walked to so many places since there are tons to do around here if you like to walk. It’s also pretty central location to many places by uber/lyft . I already want to come back here with my husband next time and will recommend this spot to family & friends. Thank you all the staff for being so kind and welcoming.
Love at first step into the lobby! Very beautiful place! The rooms are retro and classy! Beds are comfortable! The showers are amazing! I absolutely loved this location.
