Another wonder stay! We’ve been coming to this property for almost 10 years! All the staff is extremely friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Scott, at the front desk is always ready with a smile to help out guests in any way he can. Chris the Manager is the best! Truly hands on. The food at Fresh Salt is delicious and the waitstaff terrific. The surroundings are beautiful and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!
Delightful in every way. Particularly impressed by the service—reception, work crew (who rescued my locket from the drain!), and wait staff—all very helpful, efficient, and kind. We enjoyed the heated indoor pool, lovely view, and tasteful decor in our room. Would love to stay again
The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Terry and Scott were wonderful in getting our room available to check in earlier than the check in time. Everyone was so accommodating! They even provided me with a small toothpaste when i asked where I can purchase some. The dinners at the marina were delicious! Service was terrific! The staff at the spa were wonderful. I enjoyed my massage with Jeff. He was very considerate of my areas that were sensitive to pain. Very knowledgeable. The outdoor pool was so refreshing, the temperature of the pool was surprisingly perfect! The indoor pool and facilities were awesome also. I would definitely stay at your hotel again and I will highly recommend it to friends! Thank you for a wonderful weekend! I didn't like the fact that the toiletries had a purchase price on them. I was afraid to use them and be charged $15.00 for each bottle. I wasn't sure if the price was listed in case you wanted to buy the product or if you used it it for two days you would be charged. Luckily I had my own products that I brought with me. I also think that bottled water should be given complimentary and should not have to be purchased from the refrigerator for over $5 a bottle.
