The whole experience was phenomenal, the entirety of the hotel was VERY clean and VERY comfortable. The included breakfast was fantastic, best hotel breakfast I've had, they kept up with the demand and they kept everything stocked and hot with lots to choose from. Even our picky eaters were full. Our kids said that the complementary popcorn was "bussin" and my wife said that the sweet tea is "as southern as it gets". The live music was an awesome touch as it was raining our entire trip, so we did not venture to Gatlinburg to listen to the folks at the moonshine distillery. The bathrooms were clean and maintained with all of the necessities and my wife said the shower was her favorite part and now I have to spend 10k on a remodel for our home . The view on the balcony was great, the sounds of the river rolling were so therapeutic. Staff was great at answering any questions and made the experience so much more pleasant than stays at previous hotels. There was plenty of parking with an entrance in the back to make it more convenient to enter the hotel (especially in the pouring rain!) This hotel is in the perfect location, very close to all of the major attractions in Pigeon Forge. 10/10 recommend! And 10/10 will be back! The only complaint is that in the indoor pool there were a few spots in the concrete in the pool itself that were very sharp. They did not peirce the skin but enough to make you say "OUCH"!
This hotel is perfect to us! Right by the river, beautiful walking area, comfortable firepit outside! This is our 4th stay here, and this time, it was literally perfect. The room smelled very, very clean, unexpectedly fresh, and clean, and it made our night sleeping so much more comfortable! Staff is beyond friendly! Also, the open bible with a marker and prayer for you by the g.m of the hotel had now made us customers for life! Anytime we stay in Pigeon forge or the smokies, it will be at the inn on the river! Thank you again!
The hotel was beautiful. So cozy with the fireplaces and the fire pit. I loved how nice the place was and how friendly the staff was. There wasn't anything I didn't like.
