I was beyond suprised how wonderful this hotel was, especially for the price. It was top notch. I didn't know about the required valet parking, but it was still amazing. It was very clean down the hallways and the room was great. Only thing was the room was very small. They have all the extra goodies in the room which can be expensive if you're not paying attention, or have hungry teens or had too many drinks. There could have been at least 4 towels and were only 3, but it wasn't a problem. The staff.... the staff were the nicest I've ever seen. They were all so helpful and courteous. We arrived really early so I asked if there was a room ready if we could check in and she was very helpful and said yes right away. When I brought the cart back, they pretty much met me at the elevator and got it from me. I walked out of my room to get ice and the maid was vacuuming, she stopped until I got to the elevator and on my way back down. I even asked if she has to do that and she smiled and replied yes. I said it was very nice (even tho I felt unnecessary, I did feel it was nice). The whole vibe made me feel like I was at a super high end hotel in Vegas or something. And even so, those aren't nearly as clean. I will definately stay again!! THANK YOU

Our family stayed the weekend for a blazers game, the location was great, the restaurant was wonderful. The staff was attentive and the valet parking was quick and safe. We will definitely be back!One of my favorites in Portland, great location for Moda Center and quick Lyft ride to Downtown. Comfortable and chic rooms. Rooftop restaurant is also amazing.
