We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and it couldn’t not have been more perfect. The service was top notch- staff was attentive and ready to help with any questions we had about dinner reservations, transportation to the ski gondola, etc. we were able to store our personal skis/boots in the Aspen sports ski shop attached to the hotel which was so convenient! The Mountain social restaurant on site was delicious. We were able to walk about 2 blocks to the main gondola and with skis, the hotel valet would drive Us over in the golf cart! All restaurants were walking distance. The hotel bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!
We went to Aspen for a winter vacation during the pandemic and they did every effort to maintain all guest as safe as possible. Super clean, beautiful hotel walking distance to everything and great service. It’s a true 5 stars hotel.
We had a wonderful time in this hotel! The property is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room we had was a double and it was ver spacious for our family of four and 2 small dogs. We had our room serviced daily and they’d leave clean towels every day. The gym at the hotel is very complete and the spa treatment and facility was excellent (ask for Agnes). I have no complaints! The breakfast choices are plenty and everything was delicious (great açaí bowl).
