Very clean and modern hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the staff was very nice and professional. The breakfast is so delicious as well. Shout out to Joe at the front desk. He made us feel welcome, answered all our questions about the hotel and the area and was genuinely happy to help us.
The hotel was in a beautiful setting by the park with restaurants just steps away from the hotel. The Oak Fired Pizza had really good pizza and salads. The hotel was very clean with comfortable beds, and decor that was relaxing, attractive, and tasteful. The hotel staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, especially a young man named Terrel. Every day they had fresh coffee and a snack in the front lobby such as a bowl of fresh fruit and awesome chocolate chip cookie bars. The parking garage was clean and had good lighting. We felt safe even when we returned to the hotel after dark. It was a great place to stay. My husband and I highly recommend it and plan to stay here again the next time we visit Omaha. There was nothing we didn't like.
This is my favorite hotel when traveling to and through Omaha. They staff is always, the rooms are accommodating and the atmosphere is enjoyable. I dont have any complaints.
