From check in to departure everything was top notch. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and received a surprise bottle of sparkling wine with a nice note from the hotel ambassador and bellhop (not sure of the appropriate title) who were both wonderful! Recommend highly!
Loved this hotel! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, the view of the bay was beautiful, and it was right next to PetCo Park! Additionally, the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. I will now always stay here whenever visiting San Diego.
We were in town for a conference and the location was perfect! It's right across the street from the convention center and right in the middle of the Gaslamp quarter with plenty of restaurants so we were able to walk most places without needing a car or Uber. Would definitely stay here again!
