Our stay was amazing! Great service, clean room and facilities. The complimentary breakfast was great too!
My family ended up at this hotel because the hotel we reserved were apparently overbooked. When we went to our original hotel, the lady at the front desk told me that I should have been informed by the third party that I made reservation from and said she can't do anything about it. So my family was at the hotel lobby trying to figure out what to do. The third party that I used was very prompt and made a new reservation at Best Western Plus. We saw this hotel passing by and thought it was a very nice hotel. When we got there, the lady at the front desk, Kenya, was very kind and helpful. She even updated our hotel room when she heard our story and escorted us to our room. The hotel also has great amenities with indoor and outdoor pools, two big hot tubs, and access to the creek!! Our experience definitely made us consider Best Western the next time we book a hotel.
The location was excellent, lots of great restaurants within walking distance to choose from. The breakfast which was included was good and kept stocked. Spend 6 nights here and was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful staff they had. Difficult to pick out just one staff member, when each and everyone one was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We hiked around Sedona for the duration of our stay, and most of the trail heads were close by. We arrived a bit early and check in was at 3pm. So we had to wait because there was no room available however, they did escalate the cleaning of a room, and pointed us to a place where we could have lunch close by (the food was great) and when we returned they had already checked us in and directed us to our room. We were so happy, since we had been traveling for over 24 hours.
