Everything was exceptional from the first phone call. April and Jack were exceptional getting my family together and making sure we had all of the best Amenities available to us. Ive stayed at many Hotels, Villas and usually with Marriott and Ritz Carlton properties but couldnt find a thing wrong or would change.

Amazing hotel! Love love loved all of the tiny details!We had a beautiful stay at Desolation hotel. The rooms were clean, well appointed and stocked with everything we needed. The modern, higher end feel of the room was comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed the unique fireplace and soaker sub on the balcony. The property was located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We would return and highly recommend this property.
