Love this hotel. We can honestly say every hotel that we have stayed at so far in Susanville has been fine, but this hotel was beyond expectations and will now be our Susanville hotel for visits! I usually dont care for the hotel waffles but they had some pumpkin spice ones that blew me away! Everything from check in to check out was great. Beds comfy, hotel clean, awesome view from rooms, quiet, and close to everything. Nothing. Everything was great

Everyone is always so nice here. This is the best hotel to stay in. It is close to everything ypu need. They are updating a lot of things in the rooms. New beds, floors, and mirrors.Love this hotel. HUGE rooms that are clean and you feel safe. Friendly staff. Nothing bad to say. Loved this hotel. No complaints.
