  • I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and the staff is amazing. I was coming back from the hot tub and someone stopped me and asked how it was. The desk staff engaged my 6 year old in the conversation and remembered us every time we walked by. The staff at the breakfast place were extremely attentive and so nice. Food was great, I love their hot tub and pool. The room suite has pocket doors separating the 2 beds which is great for privacy. Any time I go to Chicago I stay here and just make the drive into the city because this place is so great.
