It was clean,the staff was helpful and friendly. The pillows were exceptional! Thank you Hilton! There wasnt anything that needed improving. Even the club sandwich that the brought back to the room was wonderful!
Staff was amazingly friendly and were eager to make sure we were comfortable- Property is nice and well maintained. We had a young child with us and they gave us a room overlooking the airport so we could watch the planes take off. Definitely recommend
Proximity to the Knoxville airport and professional accomodations. I did not have to get a rental car. I walked from the airport exit down the side walk to the Hilton. My co-worker and I had our meeting in the atrium of the hotel. Excellent seating. No, my room service was excellent. I got in at midnight, and was worried about an early check out time, but checkout was at 1:00pm--so appreciative of that. Also my breakfast was perfect--protein, fresh fruit, and hot coffee in a caraffe. Thank you!
