This is a beautiful hotel attractive in appearance and just as nice inside. Extremely Friendly, Courteous, and very Professional service! We were in town with a family emergency, which caused us to travel approximately (1200) miles. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY FAMILYS STAY WONDERFUL!!! My Family and I enjoyed our stay SO MUCH, we actually hated to leave when it was time to check-out!! Our check-in was quick and easy! The hound Lady checking is in was extremely nice and helpful. There was not one thing that I did not like!!
I can't say enough good things about my stay. I read the reviews and they were mixed- with some very negative. I have to say that my stay was beyond welcoming, accommodating, and made me feel right at home. I got in late at night and needed to eat- there were some modest options at the bar along with a nice selection of drinks. In the morning, again, some modest food choices, with modest prices- but delicious- and delivered with a smile. A great all day long snack bar (for a fee) and complimentary coffee and tea all day. Every front desk person was so friendly, personable, and helpful. The manager saw that I was looking for a charging port and got up from the bar area so I could work and charge my computer. And lastly, when I needed to get to the airport, they had a team member bring me within minutes. I think attitude and culture can beat out a ton of extras if you have everything you need in one place with comfort and ease.
Neat hotel....different from the types of places we generally stay. New, modern, fresh.....pretty vibrant and upbeat vibe. Would stay again!
