The room was beautifully decorated and the staff was so friendly. We have no complaints!
I love this hotel. We stay here every time we travel to Chapel Hill. The staff is excellent and always very friendly. The rooms are great and the property features (pool, fitness center) are great. The breakfast is excellent and the people who make it every day deserve extra credit.
This location and the staff are just amazing. Our visit was centered around and emergency visit to UNC. We checked in after midnight and had to extend our stay at least two times. The staff was kind and very understanding. The housekeeping staff was very accommodating to our schedule and changing out towels and changing trash. All of the staff was so friendly EVERYTIME. It was a great retreat from the hospital! Since the cell service is not great there, I feel like offering expanded WIFI would be cool. I literally had to stand next to the windows to make a phone call, while FaceTime worked with no issues.
