  • My stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. There were a few hiccups but I would stay here again, when I visit Charlotte. My friend and I had been traveling all morning and just wanted to be able to check in and rest up before we got our night started. There was a lot of mix up and confusion with hotels.com but Ms. Julia assisted and accommodated us right away! She went above and beyond to ensure my friend and I were in a spacious room, although the correct room I booked for, was no longer available to us. I’m not sure if Ryan was the property manager, but he handled us with the best of care. All of the staff on site are super sweet and make your stay feel very welcoming! The room was nice and clean. Housekeeping stopped by almost everyday to check on us and bring fresh towels and rags. All in all, Charlotte was a great place to visit but the hotel stay made it even better! Thank you Julia for all of your help during my stay.
