The team at the front desk is amazing! I had some car trouble the day I was to check out. They went above and beyond to help me with solutions. They were not only friendly and genuinely helpful but also stuck with me until roadside assistance showed up. I would stay here again for sure! Thank you!!
We had a wonderful hotel stay! Can’t say enough good things about this hotel! First of all Amber at the front desk was amazing! She was professional, kind, friendly and helpful! She made us feel welcome and comfortable. She patiently answered all our questions (and we had a lot). The room was very nice, neat and clean. Chasity helped us with our breakfast orders. She took good care of us too. We had the best breakfasts and coffee we have ever had at a hotel. Our breakfast was freshly made and delicious! We chose to have eggs, applewood bacon, toast and tomatoes, and hot Starbucks coffee. The breakfast was cooked to perfection! The hotel was well managed too. Although we didn’t realize at first that it was the General Manager that we saw pitching in helping where he was needed. There were other staff members that were kind to us too but we didn’t get their names. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Chattanooga!
We travel extensively and are very picky. This Courtyard exceeds all our expectations! Lauren at the front desk is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All the staff we encounter were great!
