Andrew from the front desk checking us in was amazing....very attentive and caring!!!(5 stars right there) The server for dinner and breakfast the following morning was polite and the food excellent! What I LOVED about The Gwen was that each and every staff person went beyond in assistance and very polite...love this! ( 5 stars again) We booked through SNAP TRAVEL, first time using this app and was disappointed that was told our room had a CITY VIEW and only had a close up view of the office bldg. across the way and a white wall to the right....this was disappointing.
Staff was amazing from every engagement! Hotel is beautiful and clean. Will definitely stay again
