The hotel is located in a good area with a beautiful view of the city. The staff was really friendly. The room I stayed at was very spacious and very clean. The bathroom as well. I would a hundred percent recommend this hotel and for sure would come back.

After having a terrible experience at another hotel in Chicago back in August, I am so glad I found this one! The Westin at River North is clean, the staff are friendly, the view from my room was amazing, and the building is located near so many things to do. I highly recommend!!
