The rooms were big, updated, clean, and provided everything we needed. The hotel ambiance was relaxing, staff were so welcoming and kind each and every day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
Beautiful building, comfortable bed, clean room, nice shower. Great staff, especially Hass who helped us check in, get the lay of the land and settle in for the weekend. He made the difference between a solid good experience and a great experience. It was great. Thank you.
Beautiful, unique hotel in great location with friendly, helpful staff. Loved the decor immediately when we walked in. This hotel is a renovated bank building creating a cool lobby. The checkin was quick and seamless and we even got an early check in! The room was clean and comfortable. The air temperature was adjustable to our needs (my son likes it cool to sleep). The staff were friendly at each interaction particularly the coffee shop server, he was awesome every day. Great location near multiple restaurants and downtown shops. Close to the Denver Union Station also. Parking is bit of a challenge but the 16th Street Center garage next door was easy to use.
