Excellent customer service! Check in happened super quick within 5 minutes of arriving. Room / amenities was spacious and nice! Better than I expected for a one night stay with two kiddos. They even offered to pay for my shuttle back from dropping car rental off at airport that eve but I declined since Lyft was faster than their preferred private taxi service. We got a comp shuttle to the airport the following morning 5am. Highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel staff, the size of the room, breakfast, pool area - all amazing! Rooms are spacious, great for families. Breakfast includes hot items. They don't rush you and will replenish items if people are still eating. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. We stay here every time we're in Durham. I miss when they had the hypoallergenic rooms with the filters.A very 'Well Run' Hotel. From the heated indoor pool to the clean fitness center to our room - ALL was done perfectly, all was good. A shout out to Cindy, the evening Desk Clerk - helpful, kind and wonderful with my children. Thank you SpringHill....
