This hotel exceeded our expectations! We stayed as a family of 4, and they provided a pack-n-play for a crib, including a bedtime book to read to them! They were very thoughtful, attentive, and helpful. I used the in-room coffee machine to just have hot water to heat up the bottles. They also had microwaves available for re-heating food leftovers from our trip. And most of all, the food in the restaurant lobby was actually really good! And the gym was awesome too. Definitely would stay here again.
The hotel front desk staff were all so accommodating and friendly. It was a pleasure dealing with them. The food in the hotel restaurant is excellent, a big surprise! There is ample parking. This location was both convenient to Chicago, the airport and the Navy Boot Camp. Highly recommend!
