This was the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. The service was second to none, the amenities were above average for my type of room, and the staff was attentive. While preparing for my niece's wedding, I needed help zipping up my formal dress, and Willow kindly assisted me. I doubt I would have received such personalized help anywhere else. And, the Bistro! You will love the staff and the portion size.
We had a great experience here while going to see a concert at Gillette. Hotel was extremely clean and service was outstanding. Would definitely return and highly recommend.
