Ok, we travel a lot! The renaissance hotel in Pittsburgh was absolutely amazing because of TANESHA! Parking is great in a garage directly across the street. We were going to a show at the benedum theater. The hotel was a block away. There was so much to do within walking distance. Market square was fun! All the coffee places, convenient stores and MANY fabulous restaurants are all within a block! The Clemente bridge was across the street which was a great place to walk and enjoy the sights of the city! Safety was felt at all times of the day and night. The room was so clean, quiet and comfortable. The restaurant on the property had the best food, French onion soup was beyond delicious! But back to Tanesha! Checking in,EARLY, she ask why we were in town. It was my birthday. And she made it the best I ever had! She upgraded us to a club floor which included hors d’oeuvres and breakfast. Once on the 14th floor we were greeted by another gem, Judy! She had the energy and zeal to make everyone feel valued and seen! Tanesha continue to talk to us and recommend things to do each time we were in the lobby. First time staying in Pittsburgh but it won’t be the last with a staff like the renaissance has the privilege to have! Thank you!This hotel is extremely beautiful and well maintained. The staff is pleasant and professional. We stay here any time we come to Pittsburgh.
