  • The hotel and staff at Holiday Inn Express East Plano-Richardson were extremely helpful and made our 5 night stay a breeze. They welcomed our visitors and assisted with providing things I forgot to pack! The cleaning crew worked quickly and quietly, and came back if we weren’t ready for them when they first knocked. I know this hotel will be my new “go-to” in the Dallas/Richardson/Plano area. 😊
  • VERY clean. Not only the rooms, but lobby, halls, breakfast area. They were constantly cleaning. Our room was very clean, and a nice size. All of the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel.
