Great staff and very clean. I was able to book a room on very short notice due to another hotel backing out of my reservation, they saved my vacation and it was appreciated! Long walk from the elevator to the room but it was worth it

The room size, kitchen and layout are awesome! Everything was very clean and the staff was super friendly and professional!The staff is absolutely awesome especially the cleaning manager and her staff. The facility is well laid out and maintained also with good sized rooms while located in an area convenient to good dining, public transportation etcetera I don't do reviews of any kind but this staff particularly the cleaning staff deserves great praise My wife became suddenly very sick from what had to be something from an airport the day before and this staff not only did their job but they were also extremely caring, encouraging, sympathetic, and unbelievably awesome in every way. The task was beyond my capabilities and without any hesitation they including the cleaning manager herself jumped right in not only restoring our room but our own personal level of comfort and respect in an otherwise embarrassing situation. They even returned later to check on my wife bringing items to help and offering even more support Possibly the best description I can offer as to the high level of care provided and even this isn't enough praise is this; I am originally from the area of this hotel but moved to the south decades ago because I fell in love with the caring southern hospitality the area I now live in is known for. The staff at this hotel brought southern hospitality and sincere caring north
