The customer service at Four. points is fabulous. We stay there when we fly out of Richmond and every time we have been there the service is great. The front desk, restaurant, shuttle drivers all go out of their way to make a pleasant stay. The hotel is also extremely clean. Cleaner than any other hotel I have ever stayed. Thank you for doing such a great job!

I judge any hotel by the cleanliness first and then the comfort of the bed. This hotel was very clean and the bed was super comfy!! The staff was friendly and gave us great information on a place to eat! Would definitely stay here again!Stayed for one night , staff were kind and helpful . Hotel located in a great spot for restaurants and shopping , parking was close and free! Very big, hotel, very clean , rooms were so nice and spacious . Would stay again!
