Staff was courteous and helpful, down to the valet. Our room wasn't ready at arrival, but they held our luggage while we had lunch. We received a text when our room was ready, checked in and they had our luggage sent up to our room. The room was beautiful, hotel was spotless from the entrance, the lobby, the room, patio, and bar. I have to mention their signature scent, it hits you as soon as you enter and is smelled throughout the entire hotel!! I even purchased the spray to bring that scent home. We had a late night snack from Dorrego's as they were open til midnight. Only downside to that was having to go to the bar to order it and bring it up to the room, as room service ended at 10pm. I can't wait to stay here again. Highly recommend staying here as so many things in walking distance.

This property is simply beautiful. The lobby and public areas in the hotel looked recently updated with a traditional design. Our room kept up those high standards. We were delighted at the spaciousness, cleanliness and comfort. Service was similarly top notch. All staff treated us with kindness and were excellent in their respective roles. Lastly, the location was perfect for exploring the Riverwalk and walking to the Historic Market. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.Just beautiful! And food in the restaurant was authentic and delicious! The bed was so comfortable and the decor was stunning.
