Stayed for 4 nights during Christmas, very clean hotel and everything looks new. Only 5-10min walk to the river, and located in a much quieter area than the downtown. Fulfilled my request for higher floor facing the tower, even though the train noise was still loud during the night which is out of hotel’s control. Spa is exceptionally good - it’s a tiny facility but we received the best massage compared to all the high end spa resorts/hotels that we had been to in the last 10+years. Price is very reasonable too. We found a small piece of plastic in our egg Benedict but the restaurant staffs immediately changed a new one for us, explained what was happened, and took out the charge from the bill - exceptional services. Free tandem bike rental with helmets / lock was a plus - really fun and great test to my marriage riding this bike for two hours for the “mission” . Thanks for the very nice hospitality, highly recommended!
The staff are amazing all of them! Excellent service, the Spa is so amazing and the personal touches for our Anniversary so such a special experience. The history on the property is really interesting from 1800s. Overall it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend you stay here and experience the hospitality you should when you stay at a hotel. Plaza San Antonio you guys ROCK!! Thank you 😊
Beautiful hotel, great staff. The Alamo and the Riverwalk and restaurants and shopping are within a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We look forward to staying here again!
