We have stayed this hotel a few times before and we really love this hotel because of cleaned room and reasonable prices with the friendly staffs and great service. We stayed this hotel again for going to watch the Angels baseball game last weekend. But we had a problem with our reservation (NOT the hotels fault) when checking in, but Frank and other friendly staffs resolved the problem quickly and stayed comfortably and enjoyed our stay. We realized again how much friendly and great service they give us. We really recommend this hotel because all staffs are always greeted with the warmest hospitality. And the location is convenient to the baseball stadium, beaches and shopping and very close to the freeway. We are sure to stay this hotel again !!

Will always come back. Clean, safe and nice service.Very quiet and comfortable place for me and my boyfriend while we’re at Santa Ana. The staffs are very nice and friendly and also very convenient parking spaces. I’ll definitely choose this hotel over again anytime I come to Santa Ana.
