The room was exactly as pictured and was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy and seamless.

Staff went above and beyond to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. They were all exceptionally accommodating. We encountered many delays with airport during this impromptu stay, they were so kind in helping us navigate. Every staff member that we encountered were pleasant and helpful !The location was outstanding! Minutes from the airport, shopping, restaurants, and highway. Most of the property was closed due to the pandemic (i.e. pool, bar, breakfast, etc.). Although I paid for one king size bed, I know the bed was a queen size bed. I questioned the people at the front desk about it and they said it was a king size bed. The next morning I ask one of the cleaning people, who was cleaning the room next to mine, for some clean towels and I was able to see inside that room. It had two queen beds that looked identical to the bed in my room. I have eastern-king beds in all of my four bedrooms at home. Trust me, I know the difference between the sizes.
