Your staff is SUPER friendly. Every single team member greeted me and asked if I needed anything. The room was clean, but had some wear. I love the location. This is my favorite hotel in Suffolk. Thanks for having breakfast! Just like everything the price has gone up, but nothing you can do about that.

I love the stay it was very much needed. And I love the jacuzzi and the pool. It wasn't nothing not to like. Everything was beautiful.I loved almost everything about this hotel. I was impressed and so was my son who accompanied me. It was clean, comfortable and ALL of the staff was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and the breakfast! It's been rather rough for us lately, so this was our "getaway" so to speak, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat! I booked online, so I knew exactly what I would pay, however; when we got there to check in there was a $100 incident deposit fee, which was a shock for me. Thank God I had the money. I'm on a budget just like everyone else right now, and somehow I feel that should be in bold letters somewhere so you're prepared.
