I stayed at Crowne Plaza for business and leisure. The property met all my expectations. The housekeeping staff was wonderful.
Breakfast was great.Location is excellent! And, its close to shopping shall I say theres Union Landing for shopping or activities like the movies you can almost get anything there . And, your staff are professional and very friendly! Even the housekeepers are helpful and very clean rooms so of course I will be back. BRAVO!!PS The pool was great too. N/A
Very good room. Standard sort of business type room done very well. Nice bed and pillows and very good aircon. Staff were superb. For example, I got of a bus one evening after the baseball and my wallet dropped out of my pocket. When I got to the hotel I realized this and since the keycard was absent I had to go the front desk. When the staff heard of this and the potential calamity it was, they strode into action. Both of them made calls to the police and bus company. When there was no answer from the bus company, one of the staff members rushed out to her car to catch the bus and retrieve my wallet. Above and beyond normal customer service. These people cared. The hotel advertised an on-site restaurant, but, it was not running on the days I was there. Check this if its something you require.
