This hotel service was over the top excellent. From the very beginning, Reid, was excellent. I had a bit of a wait upon arrival as only one computer was working, phone ringing, and a customer before me had an issue. I patiently waited and it definitely paid off. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom with a balcony overlooking the Baylor University campus. It was perfect. Thank you Reid! My last night at the hotel ended with a family emergency and had to take my daughter and her two young children into our hotel room as their airbnb tiny house had a scorpion greet her as she steppedout of the shower. Thankfully our room had a separate living room with a pull out bed. I went to the front desk to get extra towels and blankets. Of course, another emploee, Drew, was so helpful and i felt calm talking to him about our situation. Thank you Springhill suites fir another excellent stay.
Everything was nice and updated. New hotel for this location. Highly recommend
This property had an excellent location! It was walkable to both the Baylor campus as well as the Magnolia market. Rooms were clean and spacious, and beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend!
