  • The room was very clean and for me that is the most significant requirement for any hotel I use even if it has bare minimum of every other feature. The staff was really friendly and when I made a mess in the room I called to let them know and they assured and comforted me that it was okay and would be taken care of. The room was super comfy and we had our own thermostat to change our temperature at any time so that was a really nice touch! A final detail would be that the selection of microwavable food, snacks, drinks, and even medicine was really great, I had yet to see a hotel with such a helpful selection as my fianc had a littkr gotten sick while we were there. Thank you for your service, when visiting family in Alcoa, we will definitely use the same hotel! There is not really any negative points I could make, even when I needed an extra towel they answered the phone timely and made sure I could get one.
  • Cleanest hotel I have stayed in a very long time! Staff is awesome snowed in here while attending a conference. The staff went out of their way to insure everyone had adequate food and drinks as all the local restaurants and store had closed. The pool was a little cold but refreshing. I
  • There are no complaints I found here. Everything was great and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was clean, smelled nice and the bed and pillows were comfortable allowing a good night sleep. Breakfast was great.
