The staff was amazing! The best customer service experience from a hotel that my family experience in a long time. The manager Christy was great. My son left his IPad in the hotel room and they kept for him until we could pick it up. Definitely will return to this hotel when we come back to Amarillo.
This was the last night of a 10 day trip and it was great. My husband and I along with 3 grandchildren had stayed in several different hotels that were supposed to accommodate 5 people. This one actually did provide enough room for the 5 of us to be very comfortable and get a good nights sleep. Well definitely consider residence inn for future trips. No complaints about anything
Easy to access location, the room was well cleaned and stocked with plates, silverware, and cooking utensils, A/C worked amazingly. Staff are extremely friendly and courteous, even when we arrived rather late!
