Ms V at the front desk and jerimiah at the kitchen/bar, they were awesome and very responsive and accommodating to my needs. I actually really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend this place.
The assistant general manager was BEYOND helpful with my girlfriend and I and our little guy. He had such a positive attitude, and went above and beyond to make sure our key cards worked with the doors. They had to switch our rooms mid stay due to some issues with another room, but he made sure we were all set up. Highly recommend
The Hotel is newly developed in the excellent spirit of Marriot! In my experience Across the Brands line of hotels I have picked up on the values Marriot expresses in their service; some of these are abundance, going above & beyond, meeting or exceeding expectations! Marriot recognizes Hospitality comes from not only the building but from person to person interactions. They apparently invest this virtue into their employs! The staff is trained to find ways to say Yes to meeting needs of Guest. I aporeciated the Staff at this hotel. The slim lady working in Breakfast was especially hospitable & accomodating when I showed up 3 min till 10 for breakfast. She helped me prepare a tray of food for my family of four. We drove in late the night before coming from Denver. The beds were very comfortable.
