We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this property was! My son and I especially loved the heated pool! The whole property was newly renovated and everything was super clean and well kept! We will stay here again and again!
The room was clean as well as the bathroom! Beds were comfortable, the lobby was beautiful and I liked that they had free coffee. The free breakfast was so good and the people staffing the cafe were so friendly and professional. Actually, everyone I came in contact with at this hotel were nice, courteous, and professional! I would definitely stay here again!! I hope you can somehow convey my appreciation to the whole team! There was nothing I didn't like!
Best Western (even if privately owned franchises) seem to be the cleanest hotels whether I am in NJ, NY, or California. This hotel was also clean and comfortable. There were no weird stray hairs or stained sheets or sticky tables. Everything was immaculate. The service was professional, kind, accomodating, and quick. Great experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
