Lori (front desk) went above & beyond for us. My husband had just recently had heart surgery & was not feeling well at all. She signed us up for the rewards program and let us check in way earlier than we expected too. Since we had to leave so early to get to the airport, she let us get stuff for breakfast so we would have something to eat before we left. She was so friendly & extremely understanding of our situation. We will definitely stay there again when back in MN. The hotel overall was so neat & clean. I was super impressed. TY again Lori for making our stay great !!!! Didnt find anything we didnt like.

We were traveling with our dog and there were no issues at all, he was welcome the entire time. The coffee was excellent, staff were all friendly. Shower was great with good pressure.Best hotel we've stayed at in a very long time! The staff is so incredibly friendly it's unbelievable! You don't see service like this anymore!
